Cresciole di ciccioli
“Cresciole di ciccioli” are round or plaited cakes of various sizes. There are two variations: salted cresciole di ciccioli and sweet cresciole di ciccioli. In the past the cresciole were prepared during the winter, during the pig butchering season. Today they are made all year round.
